AI Data Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Data Reviewer to evaluate screenshots of diverse software interfaces and provide precise annotations that improve our AI models. This remote, flexible position offers an hourly rate of $25‑$40.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze screenshots of software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows.
• Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are based solely on visible screen content.
• Distinguish observable evidence from assumptions and document clear, well‑reasoned explanations.
• Complete structured annotation and data review tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and other web applications.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to deliver high‑quality, actionable feedback that drives AI model improvements.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and adhere to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Communicate insights effectively in writing and verbally to support team knowledge‑sharing.

Required profile

• Expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate complex observations concisely.
• High computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Proven ability to separate evidence‑based findings from assumptions.
• Experience with structured annotation or review processes in a technical or operational setting.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
