AI Consultant / Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant and Trainer to support our client in the insurance sector. Working remotely, you will guide teams in adopting AI technologies, ensuring responsible and effective use across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the organization’s AI consultant and trainer, helping teams discover innovative AI applications.
• Teach practical AI capabilities using real‑world examples that improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide expertise on prompt design, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and hallucinations, and recommend refinements.
• Reinforce AI usage standards, guardrails, and playbooks for responsible adoption.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques, and assess their applicability within the Government Group.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in AI enablement, training, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to apply AI tools in practical business contexts.
• Motivation to drive AI usage and confidence across teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Prompt design and engineering expertise.
