Account Executive – ECG Solutions (Bi‑Lingual, Miami/Naples)

About the role

Philips is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Executive to drive sales of its ECG Solutions across Miami/Naples, FL and surrounding territories. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while representing a leading cardiac care technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business, and maintain and grow existing client accounts in hospitals, cardiology practices and integrated health networks.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations, arrange appointments, and present the value proposition of Philips ECG Solutions to cardiologists, electrophysiologists and hospital administrators.
• Achieve revenue targets of over $1 million annually and increase market share within the assigned territory, which includes Miami/Naples, Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader and report on pipeline progress, forecasts and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or biotechnology, preferably in cardiology, with a proven track record of exceeding a $1 M quota.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, health‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel daily across the territory and reside within commuting distance of Miami/Naples, FL.
• U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship.

What we offer

• Target total earnings of $156,000–$188,000 per year, including base salary and incentive, plus a company fleet/car.
