Account Development Specialist – Fine Wine

About the role

The Account Development Specialist – Fine Wine is the sales lead for a targeted portfolio of fine‑wine accounts in the Miami Beach area. You will drive revenue and market share by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing brand activations that connect suppliers with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned fine‑wine portfolio, spending the majority of time in‑market.
• Act as the expert consultant for supplier accounts, presenting new products and conducting monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with trade development and sales management to accelerate new brand launches.
• Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations within key accounts to increase category awareness.
• Gather and report real‑time market insights to inform growth strategies.
• Develop and deliver training modules on sales trends to internal teams and customers.
• Establish merchandising objectives and POS needs based on brand priorities.
• Own the account plan and execution, focusing on increasing share and velocity of the fine‑wine category.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beverage or fine‑wine sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with gatekeepers and decision‑makers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
