About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Workday developer who fully understands HCM modules and can customize workflows while fine‑tuning the system. The role focuses heavily on Performance Management and Performance Metrics within Workday.
Key responsibilities
- Customize Workday HCM workflows and fine‑tune system settings.
- Design and implement performance‑management solutions and metrics in Workday.
- Act as a hands‑on architect for Workday customizations, providing analytical support.
Required profile
- Analytical mindset with deep involvement in customizations as a subject‑matter expert.
- Thick‑skinned and able to take direction in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience acting as a hands‑on architect for Workday solutions.
