About the role

As a Wireless Sales Pro you will work in a busy retail environment helping shoppers choose the right wireless devices, plans and accessories. You will be the go‑to expert for customers, guiding them through product setup and activation while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new phone sales, upgrades and accessory bundling to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Initiate conversations with customers and explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
• Recommend personalized product bundles and teach shoppers how to set up and activate their new devices.
• Maintain fully stocked and well‑presented wireless planogram displays.

Required profile

• High‑energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations.
• Resilient and resourceful in a high‑traffic, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work 8‑10‑hour shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Motivated to succeed in an uncapped commission sales role.
