Wholesale Trainee (Luxury Fashion)

About the role

The Wholesale Trainee will support the Wholesale team with administrative, operational and analytical tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in luxury fashion wholesale. This position offers exposure to core business processes, market coordination and strategic account management within a renowned fashion house.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate market appointments, showroom assignments and support order setup and data entry.
• Compile selling trends, top styles and assist with Paris showroom shoots and trunk‑show logistics.
• Enter and validate master orders, generate order notes and communicate confirmations.
• Update post‑market records such as the Master Budget File, RTV Tracker and distribution logs.
• Maintain sample and co‑op marketing trackers, organize high‑resolution assets and monitor product launch dates.
• Extract sales data, update style‑selling files and assist with monthly SIS PowerPoint presentations.
• Distribute seasonal launch information, schedule product‑knowledge trainings and manage visual‑merchandising communications.
• Track RTV and reorder activities, support EDI requests and prepare store‑visit briefings.

Required profile

• Strong interest in luxury fashion and wholesale operations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple data‑entry tasks and support cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn business processes.
