About the role
Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing. Work with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead product design and maintain quality throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
- Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables including sketch files, style guides, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Ensure design choices are data‑driven by identifying assumptions and planning moderated usability test sessions each sprint.
- Contribute to sketching sessions involving non‑designers and collaborate with analysts to validate designs.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
- Experience in an agile environment, typically two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
