Warehouse Shipping Manager

About the role

We are a luxury women’s fashion brand seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Manager to lead our outbound shipping and fulfillment operations. You will ensure that every shipment—whether to wholesale partners, boutiques, or direct‑to‑consumer customers—reflects our high‑quality standards and arrives on time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all domestic and international outbound shipping, including wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer orders.
• Manage daily warehouse shipping workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
• Lead, train, and supervise shipping staff, setting clear performance expectations.
• Maintain luxury‑brand packaging and presentation standards.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with customs, export regulations, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, E‑commerce, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor inventory movement in the WMS and develop SOPs for shipping and fulfillment.
• Analyze shipping metrics, costs, and performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve shipping issues with a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse shipping or logistics management, preferably in apparel or luxury goods.
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and compliance.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor and lift packages as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EDI Transfer and A2000.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with shipping software.
