Warehouse Inventory Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Inventory Operator ensures that power generation, distribution, and temperature control equipment is accurately tracked, safely stored, and ready for rapid deployment to live events, broadcast productions, and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials against shipping documents and work orders.
• Record inventory movements in the FLEX warehouse management system.
• Stage, kit, and prepare equipment packages for concerts, festivals, sporting events, film/broadcast, and industrial projects.
• Perform cycle counts and support full physical inventories.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing assets, or damaged equipment.
• Label, tag, and organize assets according to company standards.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to meet tight event timelines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely (certification required).
• Assist with load‑in, load‑out, and return processing, including condition checks and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused warehouse environment.
