Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Strategy and Execution team as Vice President, Enterprise Strategy. You will partner with business leaders to shape and implement commercial and money‑movement strategies that drive growth across small‑business and large‑corporate payments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CNPF leaders to design, evaluate, and advance market‑focused strategies.
• Contribute thought leadership to the overall CNPF strategy and drive creative solutions.
• Build cross‑functional alignment with Core Payments, Services, regional leadership, and other groups to ensure execution.
• Identify, structure, and prioritize initiatives such as secular shift opportunities, market‑level execution plans, and product priorities.
• Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies as a trusted thought partner.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the commercial and money‑movement landscape to develop innovative product strategies.
• Share insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver outputs and meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategy consulting or go‑to‑market strategy development for payments.
• Proven track record translating strategy into end‑to‑end execution plans, especially in cross‑functional environments.
• Strong understanding of Mastercard’s products, services, revenue drivers, and the broader payments ecosystem.
