Vice President, Benefits Presentment, Core Payments

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Consumer Products & Processing organization to lead the design and delivery of the Benefits Presentment platform – an AI‑driven layer that consolidates all card benefits into a single, personalized experience. As Vice President, you will shape the strategic roadmap, drive product execution, and influence enterprise‑wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and management of the Benefits Presentment platform.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Mastercard’s CVP strategy.
• Prioritize features, UX/UI design, and product lifecycle activities.
• Identify key markets and use‑case launches, collaborating with regional teams, engineering, and delivery.
• Design seamless user experiences and go‑to‑market strategies to drive adoption and cardholder value.
• Build business cases to support scaling and expansion.
• Partner with technology, marketing, and experience design teams for integrated execution.
• Maintain feedback loops with executive leadership to ensure alignment and timely decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching new products in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ability to work closely with senior executives and influence strategic direction.
