Telemedicine Clinical Consultant (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

Carrot is seeking experienced clinicians to join its telemedicine contractor network. In this part‑time, fully remote role you will deliver evidence‑based virtual consultations to members across fertility, menopause/perimenopause, and low‑testosterone/men’s health areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual telemedicine consultations (video or phone) for fertility, menopause/perimenopause, and low‑testosterone/men’s health concerns, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow‑up.
• Deliver care aligned with ACOG, ASRM, The Menopause Society, AUA and Endocrine Society guidelines.
• Order, review and interpret laboratory tests, manage medications and coordinate referrals for higher‑acuity or in‑person care.
• Document visits accurately in Carrot’s clinical systems, covering treatment plans, monitoring protocols, informed consent and member education.
• Communicate in an inclusive, trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive manner to a diverse member population.

Required profile

• Current medical licensure in one or more U.S. states matching the clinical focus (menopause, low testosterone, or early fertility support).
• Board‑certified or equivalent experience in obstetrics‑gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, urology, endocrinology or men’s health.
• Experience delivering care via telemedicine platforms.
• Familiarity with guideline‑based practice from ACOG, ASRM, AUA, Endocrine Society and The Menopause Society.
