Technical Support Analyst – Hybrid (Columbia, SC)

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join its hybrid team in Columbia, SC. You will provide first‑ and second‑level assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues while collaborating with IT and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, application, and security teams.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Help Desk or Technical Support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for supporting non‑technical users.
