Talent Operator

About the role

Contrario is looking for motivated Talent Operators to power its AI‑driven recruiting marketplace. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for fast‑growing startup partners while testing and shaping the company’s internal AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting for multiple high‑growth startup pipelines, from sourcing to placement.
• Provide direct product feedback as a power user of Contrario’s AI features, influencing engineering roadmaps.
• Act as the primary liaison between candidates and elite startup clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Help refine and scale internal recruiting playbooks and operational systems as the customer base grows.
• Collaborate with the recruiter network and contribute to marketplace supply‑demand strategy.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, recruiting, consulting, investment banking, or similar high‑signal roles.
• High agency, output‑driven execution and comfort with high‑volume, fast‑moving workloads.
• Low ego, coachable, and eager to learn quickly.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to San Francisco.
