About the role
Starbucks is looking for a Manager, Talent Management to lead the design, development, and execution of partner development, performance, and engagement programs. The role partners with HR and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable talent solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing talent management team, providing coaching and direction.
- Partner with PRO business partners and leaders to identify talent and team enablement needs.
- Develop, launch, and sustain talent products, practices, and operational processes such as talent discussion and goal‑setting tools.
- Leverage data and Center of Excellence expertise to continuously improve talent solutions.
- Set the annual calendar for talent initiatives, including change‑management and communication plans.
- Lead retrospectives, aggregate feedback, and influence product enhancements.
- Align team metrics with the health and effectiveness of talent enablement practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and promote consistency across the organization.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and implementing integrated, scaled talent solutions, preferably in retail or food‑service environments.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching high‑performing teams.
