About the role
Join the Emler Swim School team as a Swim Instructor and help children develop water safety and swimming skills in a fun, friendly environment. No prior experience is required – paid training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned groups of students weekly, tracking and celebrating their progress.
- Maintain a set schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Follow safety standards and ensure the wellbeing of children, families, and staff.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, moving around the deck, and lifting students and equipment.
Required profile
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Passion for water safety, swimming, and working with children.
- Willingness to learn through hands‑on training and mentorship.
