About the role

The Surgical/Scrub Technician works in the Main Operating Room, providing sterile instrument preparation and assistance to the surgical team during procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgeries.
• Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and supplies.
• Ensure proper setup and turnover of the operating room between cases.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Current University of Arkansas System employee status or eligibility to apply through Workday.
