Supply Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager will strategically manage and optimise supply‑chain processes for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in North America. You will work closely with French production teams, US warehouse operations, and local brand sales and marketing groups to ensure product availability while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and optimise supply‑planning strategies and inventory levels to meet service targets.
• Develop and report KPIs (OTIF, Service Level Fulfilment, Presence Rate, Cuts) to management, HQ supply partners and local brand teams.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of service disruptions and implement preventative and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Monitor and challenge the Air/Sea (RAMA) shipment ratio to reduce environmental impact and cost.
• Handle weekly replenishment via DRP and organise S&OP routines with local and HQ partners.
• Drive flawless execution of new product launches, translating allocation plans into actionable supply strategies.
• Assess and mitigate launch‑delay risks, escalating alerts with strategic recommendations.
• Monitor consumption patterns and challenge forecast accuracy during critical launch periods (M1‑M3).

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or inventory management within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop and interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with production, warehouse, sales and marketing stakeholders across regions.
• Ability to lead proactive initiatives that improve stock quality and minimise financial impact.
