Strategic Brand Designer

About the role

Ripple is seeking a strategic Brand Designer to shape brand experiences across digital, physical and live touchpoints. You’ll work within the Brand Studio, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visual solutions that support Ripple and XRP.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical and live experiences.
• Contribute to defining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications.
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions.
• Curate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition and coherence.
• Create and maintain brand design libraries and documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment through effective communication and prioritisation.
• Provide honest, respectful feedback and identify opportunities to improve design processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio showcasing graphic, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel and visual storytelling.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
• Collaborative mindset, quick learner and open‑minded approach to design challenges.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and skill development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
