About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead relationships with its largest global Sales Navigator customers. You will guide executive stakeholders through multi‑year sales transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing value of LinkedIn Sales Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on LinkedIn’s platform, products and associated tools such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Manage cross‑functional relationships with enterprise customers across sales, operations, enablement, marketing, procurement, finance and IT.
- Communicate the LinkedIn Sales Solutions value proposition and inspire clients to adopt modern sales approaches.
- Partner with Customer Success managers to design and execute enterprise‑wide Sales Navigator programs.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and cultivate internal champions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive growth of the Sales Navigator relationship.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans that evolve the sales process.
Required profile
- Proven experience influencing senior executives and leading large‑scale sales transformation projects.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external program managers.
- Consultative, forward‑thinking mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Required skills
- Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
