Sr Associate, Commercial Transformation

About the role

The Sr Associate, Commercial Transformation partners with product leaders and enterprise teams to translate Invesco’s strategy into actionable commercial outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of product and the broader organization, the role leverages institutional knowledge, executive trust, and cross‑functional influence to drive enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives. The position reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Transformation in New York.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Product and the enterprise to align strategy with execution and advance the commercial agenda.
• Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of transformation initiatives, including decision frameworks and product lifecycle models.
• Evaluate and enhance business processes and operating models to simplify and optimize work execution.
• Connect regional and functional efforts into cohesive, enterprise‑wide outcomes.
• Influence decisions by building trust, navigating competing priorities, and translating complexity into clear action plans.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, driving adoption and measurable performance improvement.
