About the role
Tremendous is seeking a Special Projects Lead to partner directly with the CEO and executive team. You will own high‑leverage initiatives that shape onboarding, manager development, internal communications, and other strategic projects across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the end‑to‑end new‑hire onboarding experience, from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum for new and existing managers, covering hiring, performance, feedback, and career development.
- Create and maintain recurring internal communications, including written updates and executive presentation decks.
- Identify and lead cross‑functional, high‑impact projects that lack clear ownership, collaborating with senior leadership.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high‑ownership role at a fast‑growing company.
- Builder mindset with a talent for creating structure where none exists.
- AI‑first approach, using artificial‑intelligence tools as the primary problem‑solving method.
- Strong design sensibility for decks and documents.
- High ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
