Software Engineering Manager

About the role

Kenkeputa Inc., a Silicon Valley technology company, is looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead its full‑stack product ecosystem. You will own technical leadership, delivery velocity, architecture quality, and culture across multiple consumer and enterprise products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, code quality, and release velocity for all product lines (ASA, Azar, ACPO, VendorizeME, TheMove, etc.).
• Establish best‑in‑class engineering practices such as CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, observability, and DevOps automation.
• Drive timely, bug‑free delivery of new features aligned with product OKRs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop senior engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, data, and AI domains.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and measurable engineering performance.
• Collaborate with U.S. product and design teams to localize features and enforce global engineering standards.
• Define and evolve system architecture for multi‑product integration, implementing API‑first and modular designs.
• Introduce AI, automation, and analytics pipelines where relevant.
• Enforce security standards (encryption, API security) and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations (NDPR/GDPR).

Required profile

• Hands‑on engineering manager with experience leading full‑stack product ecosystems.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams across multiple products.
• Strong track record of delivering data‑driven, high‑quality software at Silicon Valley standards.
• Excellent mentorship and people‑development skills.
• Ability to balance technical debt with rapid feature delivery.
