Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead the on‑site delivery of large‑scale energy performance projects. You will ensure safe, efficient construction while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a culture of Occupational Health & Safety excellence on site.
• Oversee daily site operations, including opening and closing the site, managing trades, and supervising subcontractors.
• Ensure work progresses according to schedule, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Facilitate collaboration among clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
• Inspect work quality and verify conformity with plans and specifications.
• Represent project engineers on‑site when they are unavailable and support them with related tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Specific knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of OHS standards and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven ability to mediate conflicts and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.

• Annual base salary approximately $90,000‑$110,000 (USD), dependent on location and experience.
