Service Technician – Infiniti/Nissan

About the role

Infiniti of Greenville is seeking certified service technicians to join a clean, safe, temperature‑controlled workshop. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the best automotive service in the Carolinas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair order work efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
