Service Supervisor for Residential Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, to Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and overall functionality. The role supports resident service requests and prepares vacant apartments for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Diagnose defects or problems, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed, and procure required supplies.
• Perform routine upkeep of community areas to preserve appearance and functionality.

• Good organizational skills for managing multiple work orders and vendor schedules.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
