Senior VMD & In‑Store Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior VMD & In‑Store Graphic Designer to lead the creation and execution of visual merchandising concepts across our retail locations. You will translate brand values into compelling window displays and in‑store graphics, guiding projects from concept through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design projects, producing renderings, assets, and visual presentations for windows and in‑store displays.
• Develop window display concepts that incorporate mannequins, fixtures, propping, and marketing materials.
• Mentor and manage junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Ensure all visual communications are clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, store design, and marketing teams to maintain consistency.
• Maintain project organization, timelines, and deliver multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Oversee VMD budgeting, purchase order management, and use of COUPA or related platforms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in senior design or design‑management roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic working knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Google SketchUp or Adobe Dimension.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $122,000 per year.
