Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join a globally distributed, remote‑first organization. You will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of internal IT operations while providing high‑quality technical support to employees across multiple regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal employees worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and access‑management issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows and macOS devices, including OS installation and device setup.
• Administer endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar platforms.
• Handle support requests through Jira or other ITSM/service‑desk tools while meeting SLA expectations.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and support corporate hardware lifecycle management.
• Assist with IT operations for office hubs, internal events, and cross‑functional technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to improve internal systems, user experience, and service delivery standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM and endpoint management solutions (Intune, Jamf, or equivalents).
• Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in high‑priority situations.
