Senior Service Technician (Angeline)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join the Angeline community in Seattle. The role focuses on maintaining the interior and exterior of residential properties, ensuring all amenities, common areas, and grounds meet the company’s high standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, grounds, and common‑area equipment.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Document work orders, track inventory, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
