About the role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution‑oriented Senior SEO Growth Lead to own and scale Atom.com’s organic acquisition. The role sits at the intersection of SEO, product, engineering and marketing, driving sustainable traffic in a competitive, AI‑driven search landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall SEO and organic growth strategy for a large‑scale marketplace.
- Identify and prioritize scalable opportunities to increase qualified organic traffic.
- Improve technical SEO, site architecture and internal linking across the platform.
- Build and optimise landing pages, content and conversion‑focused SEO assets.
- Develop AI‑assisted workflows and automation systems for scalable growth.
- Conduct deep competitor analysis and uncover strategic gaps.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical SEO initiatives.
- Monitor performance, run experiments and focus on business impact rather than vanity metrics.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven measurable growth.
- Track record of growing organic traffic in competitive industries.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience shaping SEO strategy for smaller or mid‑size companies against larger competitors.
