Senior Project Manager

About the role

Synchrony Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medical communications projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects meet strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Define and communicate project timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate efforts of internal team members and third‑party contractors or consultants.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project status, tactics, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and contribute to project briefs, initiate kick‑offs, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in medical communications, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of client business objectives and ability to translate them into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication skills for updating team members and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects on time and within budget.
