Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will act as the central liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring creator campaigns are set up and delivered to exceed expectations. This role is pivotal in embedding project management practices within the agency and driving efficient, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead kick‑off sessions, define project approaches, timelines, and deliverables for assigned campaigns.
• Collaborate with all departments to develop budgets, statements of work, and resource plans.
• Manage the Response to Brief (RTB) process, ensuring the right skillsets are engaged at the right stages.
• Oversee mid‑size to large, complex projects, keeping them on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Facilitate internal reviews, assign tasks, and monitor workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and adjust schedules as project scope evolves.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, tooling, communication channels, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in an agency or client‑service environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Effective communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
