Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Operations will lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for a global telecom/hardware business. This hands‑on leadership position focuses on procurement, logistics, manufacturing coordination, and hardware repair services while partnering with product, R&D, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain activities, including procurement, planning, and order fulfillment.
• Execute sourcing strategies, onboard vendors, and track performance against cost, quality, and delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and supplier‑quality teams to meet production schedules and compliance standards.
• Oversee fulfillment, distribution, and transportation, optimizing logistics to reduce cost and improve delivery times.
• Partner with Product Management and R&D on new product introductions, aligning supply plans with product lifecycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous process improvement.
• Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain professionals, fostering accountability and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics within a hardware or telecom environment.
• Strong operational execution and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across global suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
