About the role
TikTok Local Services is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with top travel partners. You will act as the primary liaison between TikTok and its travel ecosystem, driving product integration, performance optimization, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners, overseeing their performance on TikTok.
- Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and contract negotiations.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to develop new product initiatives and provide input on roadmaps.
- Ensure content meets quality standards and aligns with partner business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams (product, engineering, data, operations) and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel industry partnerships or account management.
- Strong understanding of travel industry trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
