Senior Director of E‑Commerce

About the role

Delta Galil USA is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Director of E‑Commerce to lead and scale the 7 For All Mankind digital business in the United States. This senior leader will own the end‑to‑end e‑commerce strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement across acquisition, retention, performance marketing, and site experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year digital commerce roadmap aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of site operations, including platform enhancements, sprint planning, testing, promotional execution, and content management.
• Own revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall digital performance for the U.S. market.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing e‑commerce team and oversee external agency partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Retail, Technology, Operations, and Product Development to continuously improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce, or online retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel customer behavior and evolving digital commerce trends.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
