Senior Designer – Men’s Fleece, Tees & Polos

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of men’s fleece, tees, and polos. You will work closely with the Associate Design Director and cross‑functional teams to translate market trends into compelling seasonal collections.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess domestic and international market trends relevant to the brand.
• Define seasonal key ideas, prints, washes, and color direction in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of raw materials and manage fabric sourcing, approvals, and requests.
• Develop seasonal presentations, tech packs, and PLM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with production to schedule hand‑offs, achieve quality targets, and control costs.
• Oversee fit sessions, trim, color, print, and tag approvals.
• Partner with merchants to align design with seasonal needs.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant and Associate Designers, managing daily workload and vendor communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Art, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of apparel design experience; knits experience is a plus.
• Keen eye for color, trend, detail, and construction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business objectives.

Required skills

• Advanced sketching and CAD abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with PLM systems (preferred).
