Senior Creator / Creative Producer

About the role

SOFTSWISS is hiring a fully remote, senior Creator / Creative Producer to lead the development and production of engaging content and creative concepts that strengthen its brand and connect with audiences across multiple channels. The role works closely with the Art Director and covers brand, product and advertising campaigns, including performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for brand, product and advertising campaigns, including performance marketing, aligned with marketing objectives, audience insights and brand positioning.
• Define the creative direction of campaigns: core idea, key messages, narrative and visual approach.
• Create campaign slogans, headlines and key messages that match the brand's tone of voice.
• Work with the Art Director as a creative partner, and develop key visuals through mood boards, curated references, sketches and mockups.
• Embed the brand's identity and tone of voice throughout campaigns, following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams, and present creative proposals and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, and explore trends, visual styles and AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a creative role developing marketing and advertising campaigns, preferably in digital communications and/or B2B.
• A strong portfolio of creative concepts, key visuals and messaging, able to explain the thinking behind decisions.
• Experience working with an Art Director and with designers and marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, multichannel marketing, visual storytelling, design and copywriting.
• Advanced spoken and written English and Russian.
• Nice to have: higher education in art, design, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, including mood boards, layouts and concept mockups.
• Generative AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, image generation and concept development.
• Creative writing, with an eye for composition, typography, colour and imagery.
