Senior Associate Strategist – Leadership Track

About the role

Jump is seeking a Senior Associate Strategist to join its boutique strategy practice. In this role you will work directly with senior leaders of high‑profile clients, shaping strategy, facilitating decision‑making, and coaching executives through pivotal moments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver executive‑level strategic recommendations based on research, ethnographic interviews, and data analysis.
• Design and lead workshops, working sessions, and executive discussions to drive decision‑making.
• Present recommendations and act as a coach for client leaders during critical initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and help raise the overall quality of deliverables.
• Support client relationship development and contribute to Jump’s thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, design, research, innovation, product, brand, or a related field.
• Depth in at least one discipline (business strategy, design/visualization, or social science) with exposure to another.
• Strong academic background (top‑25 university or equivalent) or comparable top‑tier professional experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high standards, and the ability to earn trust in senior conversations.
