Senior Associate, Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive pharmaceutical sales for its Dry Eye portfolio across the Cincinnati, OH territory. You will act as the primary point of contact for physicians and practitioners, building disease awareness and ensuring patient access to innovative eye‑care treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets.
• Build relationships with key healthcare partners, educating them on treatment algorithms and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on prior authorizations, payor restrictions, and patient referrals.
• Maintain compliance while delivering medically relevant programs and product presentations.
• Track account metrics, report progress, and adjust strategies based on market evolution.
• Identify new accounts and prospect growth opportunities within the assigned region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Cincinnati territory.
