Senior Accountant (Eastern Time Zone preferred)

About the role

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance team. The role will support the monthly close, financial reporting, and audit processes while driving automation and process improvements. Preference is given to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers for the monthly close.
• Focus on Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Customer on Account, and Security Deposits.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis and provide clear explanations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with annual audits and tax compliance data preparation.
• Document internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in AI‑driven process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc accounting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; public accounting or Big 4 background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Dynamic Arrays, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Workday.
