About the role
The Chicago Bulls are looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive to drive new business for season tickets, partial plans, group packages, and premium hospitality products. This full‑time position focuses on proactive outreach, virtual and in‑person meetings, and building long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for season tickets, partial plans, group outings and premium experiences.
- Meet or surpass daily KPIs, including phone outreach and virtual/in‑person appointments.
- Manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all current and prospective clients.
- Participate in internal and external sales training to improve performance.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices.
- Engage prospects during home games and events to showcase inventory.
- Foster a collaborative culture by building strong relationships across departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 + years of professional sales experience; sports industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems; familiarity with Archtics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed; hybrid work arrangement.
