About the role
The company is looking for an Administrative Secretary to provide on‑site support for daily office operations. The role ensures smooth handling of documentation, correspondence, and supplies, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and prepare letters, reports, and official company documents.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, monitoring contract expiration dates.
- Manage procurement and control of office supplies and administrative resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing internal and external correspondence.
- Provide continuous administrative assistance to all company departments.
Required profile
- Academic background in Executive Secretariat, Administrative Secretariat, or a Business Administration degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of office productivity tools.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
