Seasonal Leasing Professional – Bennet at Bullstreet

About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Leasing Professional to join the Bennet at Bullstreet community in Columbia. In this role you will drive leasing activity, ensure resident satisfaction, and support renewal efforts for a stabilized mid‑rise property of 269 units.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, coordinate smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing activities and managing resident move‑ins.
• Ability to inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Strong organizational skills for handling applications and lease documentation.
