Sales Development Representative (Miami Beach)

About the role

This full‑time Sales Development Representative position rotates through multiple territories in Miami Beach. The role focuses on maximizing sales of supplier brands to trade accounts and may support the Merchandising Department during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Visit accounts and establish efficient daily routing patterns.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promoting displays, new products, cold‑box, shelf, back‑bar placements, drink and wine lists, and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory levels and restock shelves where legally permitted.
• Increase brand visibility using current point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collect payments and deliver checks where allowed.
• Conduct educational training seminars for account staff on brand portfolios.
• Handle customer issues, provide product deliveries in extenuating circumstances, and refer matters to management as needed.
• Strategize to meet sales and merchandising objectives based on pricing and product programming data.
• Ensure compliance with national account requirements and complete necessary surveys.
• Track account buying patterns and maintain accurate purchase histories.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables on aged accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
• Basic PC proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
