About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing healthcare‑focused sales team. This remote position is ideal for early‑career professionals who enjoy handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for senior sales executives.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients.
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria and route opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Schedule product demos and appointments for senior sales staff.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement.
  • Learn and clearly articulate the company’s healthcare‑focused value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

  • Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment‑setting role.
  • Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar.
  • Experience working with US or UK‑based companies or customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone.
  • Basic experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
