RFP Graphic Designer - PowerPoint Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer supports the RFP function by producing accurate, on-brand design for proposals and presentations, ensuring deadlines are met and design standards are consistently applied. The role is based in New York.

Key responsibilities

• Produce PowerPoint presentations and proposal documents using approved templates, applying brand and design guidelines consistently.
• Implement feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Support Senior Designers and the Design Manager on live RFPs, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with clear communication on progress.
• Check work for formatting, consistency and visual accuracy before handover.
• Follow agreed folder structures, version control and filing standards.
• Build understanding of RFP processes and proposal expectations, and develop technical design capability over time.

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in graphic or presentation design.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, responsive, adaptable, team-focused and supportive.

Required skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

The expected base salary range is $95,000-120,000, based on level and excluding discretionary bonus and benefits.
