About the role

Join the inaugural Naked Farmer location in Nashville as a Restaurant Team Member on our opening crew. You will be the face of our farm‑to‑table fast‑casual concept, helping guests discover seasonal, locally sourced dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Present and explain the seasonal menu, highlighting ingredient origins and farm partners.
• Prepare and serve made‑from‑scratch meals with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and kitchen environment, including to‑go orders and delivery coordination.
• Engage proactively with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to continuously improve service flow and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience is not required.
