Resident Service Coordinator – Luxury Community

About the role

The Resident Service Coordinator will deliver high‑level customer service to prospective and current residents of a luxury mid‑rise community. You will act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, assist with move‑in processes, and support community events that enhance the living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, coordinate utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish a monthly property newsletter featuring upcoming events, resident services, and local advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and special service requests, preparing incident reports as needed.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents on completion, and compile weekly maintenance status reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to the maintenance team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or event planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and address resident concerns promptly.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
