About the role
We are seeking a Remote Office Assistant to support the day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks of a growing U.S.‑based organization. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work closely with managers, recruiters and various internal teams. Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented and eager to develop a career in business administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records and organize spreadsheets, reports and digital files.
- Handle email correspondence, respond to internal and customer inquiries, and support onboarding documentation.
- Assist managers with operational and administrative tasks, track project deadlines and update task lists across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, client and candidate information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, receptionist, data‑entry or office support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

- Slack or similar collaboration tools
What we offer
- Salary range $58,000 – $82,000 per year, based on experience.
